Bernie Sanders would beat Trump in 2016 if he were nominated. A real economic populist would beat a fake populist, and somehow, the black voters in the Deep South thought she was a stronger candidate. I have the same dislike towards Clinton as I do towards Trump!! Both Clinton and Trump are the establishment who bend over for the same billionaires who are destroying this country!!

Bernie would get us closer to the same benefits that the Europeans and the rest of the developed world have, such as Medicare for All, Paid Sick Leave, and Paid Maternity Leave nationwide!!

I bet they voted for Obama over Clinton in 2008 because he was black. At least they voted for Obama and not Clinton that year!!

Clinton was like voted for me because I am a woman. Normal voters do not care what your race or gender is or your sexual orientation!!

Also, voters in the Pacific Northwest are way smarter than ones in the Deep South because they voted for Bernie!! Bernie only lost two counties in the Pacific Northwest!!

Which is worse, the sort of kid who calls parents by their first name and tells them things like "F you" and "shut up", or the kid who is respectful to their parents in words, but behaves badly when they are not around like shoplifting, doing hard drugs, or joining a gang. There are of course examples of kids who are guilty of both, but for the kids who only do one of those things which is worse?

1. Provides immunity to anyone who applies any skill or training they possess, whether licensed or unlicensed, in the event of a medical emergency when one reasonably believes the nearest ambulance or authorized first responder is more than 15 minutes away or when a disaster occurs in the area. This excludes the administration of controlled prescription medications or pharmaceuticals not prescribed to the patient other than oxygen and standard IV fluids. This immunity expands the Good Samaritan Act to prevent individuals from facing reprimand on their professional license when assisting persons experiencing a medical emergency or potentially life-threatening injury with skills beyond basic first aid, knowing that death or disability may occur if care is not administered promptly.
2. Requires any private-sector (non-profit or for-profit) entity that is delegated as a fire department, rescue squad, or other emergency response agency to provide transparency regarding their board of directors, board meetings, and hearings. These entities shall be required to hold public hearings at least semi-annually. Civilians living within the service area of these agencies shall be able to express concerns, ideas, and grievances without retaliation.
3. Expands the state EMS board's role to provide advocacy for improvements and reforms instead of serving solely as regulatory.
4. Enhances penalties for assaults against firefighters and EMS personnel to a minimum of a Class E felony.
5. Provides avenues for EMS professionals to appeal sanctions against their licenses
6. Enables the legal formation of special purpose districts or "authorities" to address lack of emergency service resources. Special purpose districts are autonomous government entities and their own subdivision of the state that serve a singular purpose, much like utility districts and school districts. They are overseen by a board of directors where its seats are elected by the public, appointed, or combination of both.
