So I'm 33 and just was talking to a 27 year old. Im working and hustling and whereas he helps out with his parents cleaning business part time.

Everytime we go on dates I pay for everything except the one time he paid which is fine. I don't mind paying. I took him on adventures to places he's never been.

His parents lost a major contract and I tried to give him some help to get them back on their feet by offering to design and build a marketing campaign for them. He didn't take the offer which is fine.

I feel that I may be used as a sugar mommy and we had a date planned but I cancelled because I fear that I may play a role as the rescuer.
I have love for him and I care about him so much. I want to be his friend and be there for him. Am I horrible for leaving him at this time? I'm doing it tactfully and limiting my access to him until I move on. We haven't had sex yet and I don't think I will.

I was an introvert since I was a child. I’m still trying to talk more often but I didn’t like to talk too much it’s just that I find it unnecessary to talk so much. It’s not easy for me to talk to people whom I don’t have a close relationship with. I had a hard time trusting too many people, most of the boys in high school were not boyfriend material. They talked about sleeping with as many girls as possible and they are not interested in getting into a relationship. When one of those jerks approached me and claimed he had feelings for me, I rejected him in a very harsh manner assuming he only want me is because he wants to sleep with me. I was right he wasn’t the type of guy who wants a serious relationship, it’s only the sex. That’s how he and his group of friends hated me for being ruthlessly harsh but that’s my personality. I can be vicious and heartless in my speech when I knew a guy want me because of sex and nothing else. I was still the same when I found out my ex used me for sex, in the end he hated me because I didn’t gave him a good time. Do I feel guilty for being harsh to my ex? Not in the slightest.

That's what my older 41 year-old sister did. Would you say that's still not ok or was it fair?

She's a business owner herself but not married to an awkward engineer in 2015 (she was then 34) and had her very first child in the following year at the age of 35 1/2. She never cheated and actually wants to age with him. She claims to be happy but this is what she once recently confessed to me: She loves him as her life partner but she's not in love with him and sometimes sex seems like a routine. That's not her husband but that's similar to how his type looks like. He's not that ugly but isn't too attractive either. Like that guy, sometimes the glasses don't make him look good either.
