All the geniuses that I know had gruelling athletic lifestyles, and the most intelligent time in my life was also the time where I was the most athletic and physically fit, with the exception of when I was 18, and didn't exercise, but was unbelievably smart.

How does a path chosen or a lifestyle get recreated/replicated?

For example, let’s say a fierce athlete claims fame, along with the rewards of all his efforts being paid off.

He motivates and gives tips to a learner of his. (He is their mentor).

Can that student achieve what he has from all his advice and motivation? Or can it only be done by facing the same challenges/hardships he has faced etc. ?

I wonder if the words of an influential and powerful person can recreate the same success in a student of the influencer, or if it is only possible to replicate the steps of greatness, having only or additionally, undergone *the same level of treatment in life,* as the mentor/influencer (had).

- What do you think? Are the words enough? The advice?

Or do they (the student (s)) have to build a similar mindset from similar experiences?

There's like 4 shifts. I would like the money, yet i don't want to seek like I'm saying yes all the time, either. Yet there is a certain lifestyle I want, and in order to have that, you gotta have money, lol 😆 . And it is overtime pay 😍
