No one likes to take the blame for the reason why the relationship failed or ended, but I guess it's good to reflect on it so you can change if needed...

So, thinking back to your past relationships, did the relationship end because of you or because of your (ex) partner?

Thinking back on my past relationships, I always found myself attracted to the guys who had some mental issues. Great at masking it, but later found out the struggled a lot and it caused issues in the relationship. I was always the one by their side, but they'd push me away due to these mental issues that they left unresolved. I was always the one to get broken up with because they just needed to fix themselves and couldn't maintain a relationship. I wouldn't say either of us were to blame for the relationship ending, but the reason for the breakup was always because of their own issues.

I’m 23 living w/ my mom. Which we kinda like roommates now. Honestly though I don’t want her in my life anymore. She has hurt me to the point I just really dislike her. We split bills but since 2020 she has quit jobs left and right leaving me to pay majority of the bills often. Not that I judged her for quitting but she’d complain about bills when I was the only that didn’t quit a job. On top of that she has accused me of not being loyal to her and accused me of taking her things. She threatened to call the police on me if I didn’t find her keys. She literally flipped my room upside down looking for her keys, just for her keys to be where she said she already looked.

she goes into my room when I’m at work, busting in my room all kinds of early morning while I’m sleep. I know you guys will say just move out. Well I’m planning on it but I pay all the bills alone our rent is over $1000 and utilities, food, phone bill, transportation. I only get paid bi weekly and only get a $1000 from working 80 hrs every two weeks.

Angel and I’ve apologized for all my wrong doing but the disrespect and stress I go through is ridiculous. Makes me want to end my life just to get away from her, and the bills. I had a miscarriage because of her and my depression has been swallowing me whole.

im completely fucked up emotionally and she only cares about what people done to her forget how she treats me. She has this sense of entitlement and it’s killing me! I can’t take it! I’m losing my mind living with her and I’m trying to not spazz out and go off and say fuck her and whatever happens with bills!

I’ve been seeing this guy for a while now. He always tell me how he doesn’t deal with anyone and how he does not have any family. He’s pretty much a loner. When I asked him about his past relationship’s he would say they didn’t work out because the females cheated on him. I asked him what it was he wanted and was looking for. He said to be happy with someone he could trust and build a future with. Me being myself would invite him over, cook for him and try to be nurturing and loving. He would push away and not want to cuddle then want too or then say I love you but then say it’s all different for me because I’m tying to be better but I’m messed up inside. I have pulled away and started calling him less because he’s like a mystery. He would contact me saying “I’m sorry I love you and I’m trying and I’m not use to this.” This seems to happen often with him. His actions are everywhere he’s into me then he’s pulling away and I am over it. What I’m looking for in a relationship is definitely not what he’s probably looking for even though he says it is. I was trying to be something different for him but it’s not working.
