We all go through life setting missions, trying find a purpose ultimately before we die. All of our micro thoughts/actions add up to define us. For example: What am I? One might go with the superficial answer of human. Truly think deeper into that question. What am I? That question ultimately defines everything.

- Are you a dreamer or a realist?
- Are you a mother/father or are you just a full time worker?
- Are you happy or sad with your life?
I can honestly look at my life and say I have no clue what I am, yet society is forcing me to decide this soon. I have to decide my profession within the next month. I have no clue. There are no do overs, this is it. I have been accepted into a major university with a hefty scholarship. All my life has been defined by numbers and letters. Scores that ultimately mean nothing to me yet define me. I am just another statistic in a never ending herd of sameness.
So I sit here debating myself as a whole. Who am I?
- A dreamer: Willing to follow my dreams, but loosing financial stability.
- A realist: A person who forgets the "idiotic" principal of dreams, and lives a textbook life.
- Do I even want a family, and if so this education will define whether or not I am suited for one?
What will my life amount to- failure or success?
What Am I?

Life is completely meaningless if it's finite. What's the point of me doing anything if it's not going to last? To be remembered? Nope, being remembered is not going to help me in the slightest. Simple is in fact a word, it exists to define what life truly is. Life is simple if it's all for nothing.
Lots to think about there and you will probably spend the rest of your life thinking about it - One of my big fears is that I will work out, what will I do with the spare 16 hours of thought a day if I already know who/what I am?
Lies are words, words are words. How can the word 'simple' be lying if it isn't saying anything?
What your saying is that words have no meaning. Words are either true or false to the individual at hand. The word simple is a lie, because every action and step we take in life is well calculated although it may seem "simple."
@LolaStalla
Nope, that would be an untrue statememt about me. I'm simply saying that 'simple' can't be a lie because it's not making a truth claim. It's neutral. If you're making a truth claim, then the words would compose a sentence. As far as I can tell, there are no such things as truth claims that is only a word. Simple is no more a lie than the word 'three,' or 'up.'
"How can mirrors be real, if our eyes aren't real?" -The wise words of Jaden Smith. xD
The word simple is supposed to symbolize a concept. The concept is false, in addition to the concept the word itself is false.
@LolaStalla
Words are used to convey concepts, (which is implied) so when you're using words, you're really exchanging concepts, so what you've said now is actually the same exact thing you've said earlier, just in a slightly different way. My original point still remains to be refuted.
