Here are some of the movies that has affected me the most and the way I live my life today. I am here to offer a few movies that might change the way YOU think about life and the planet.
These movies are relevant NOW, more than ever. They will take you on a journey through; Animal equality and rights, human health and environment and how our choises affects them all.
I'm not trying to force anything on you, but please keep an open mind while watching any of these movies as you'll get MUCH more out of it that way and perhaps learn something new and useful.
Here we go:
Cowspiracy
This movie touches the environmental impact our diet-choises have on our environment. I just finished watching this movie. Very interesting and easy to understand.
Forks Over Knives
Very important movie! It could literally "save your life." Enlighten yourself on human health and how the body functions and reacts to different diets.
Vegucated
In this one you'll be following three normal people and their road to discovering a new diet and thereby a new way of living. A serious movie with a twist of humor (and a few tough-to-watch passages).
An Inconvenient Truth
By now I think a lot of people know this movie, but I still think it deserves a place on the list. It's about "the inconvenient truth" of global warming.
Earthlings
Very very tough to watch, but also very informative as it, with hidden cameras, reveals how animals suffer and live in agony in the meat, eggs and dairy, clothing and entertainment industry (not for weak souls).
Sharkwater
A very touching movie about how misunderstood sharks are and how one mans love for these incredible animals almost get him killed (no, not by a shark). Watch it!
Gary Yourofsky's "The most important speech you will ever hear"
This is the one movie that really got to me. Filled with logical bombs and lots of easy-to-process information, I am hopefull that it will affect you to some degree.
There you have it. I hope that you'll watch just ONE of these movies as I'm sure it will make you want to watch the next one.... and the next one and the next one, hopefully.
