  Hahah I am sorry! I actually didn't mean it like that. I think Dutch people are indeed very nice, calm and peaceful people and I love the Netherlands, but the youth and other people have definitely been the trouble makers. So yeah :) That sounded racist.   Honestly? USA violence gets hyped, but on a per capita basis, it's pretty low.
  
  YepThatsIt's point about Sweden per capita in another comment applies here.
  
  And even USA violence is mostly concentrated in certain racial/ethnic subcultures, sadly for them.
