You said that you can not be attractive and fat. Why can't someone be both because you said so? I disagree with you on that. You also said you do not hate fat people but you went on criticizing them. Not all of them expects a person to be toned or muscular. There are people attracted to big people because I am one of them. My girlfriend of 3 years 9 months 27 days is big and I love how she looks. It is not a fetish for me. It seems like you want them to be healthy but do not give any suggestions how to become healthy.
I don't give a whole journal on how to become healthy cause it would take like 3 more paragraphs for that nobody would read the whole thing maybe I will do a new one

Okay so to me and to most people I'm sure the body Scarlett Johansson has is the most attractive cause she has a great hip to waist ratio which is what attracts men cause unconsciously they think ''those hips can carry my baby'' and she looks healthy, not very thin but not overweight at all either.
LOL that is not what east Asian men are attracted to. they do not like ”womanly” hip to waist ratio. they like thin like a stick.

completely agree. why "accept" something you can change so easily? accepting your body hight or the set of features you came with is fine but why accept a bad temporary state you´re in, instead of working your way out?
right? Body positive should be for disabled people, burn victims, and so on. People who can't change it! Not people who won't stop eating so much
well at some point when you´re so fat, your skin won´t retract. you will have skin flaps. that´s mostly the problem why people are so discouraged from losing weight, cause they will end up being ugly either way. i can kind of understand the struggle.

Yeah that can be a struggle too. Bu it just shows if you are half naked and either way you can fix that with surgery. Well that honestly sucks thinking about It haha but I think its still much better than being fat
i think body positivity should be in favor of promoting a more healthy set of expectations, cause you can be chubby and perfectly healthy. but i don´t think we should promote being fat as ok...

I totally agree with you. It just give's them an excuse too not even better themselves nor want to because , They can just categorize themselves as (Curvy) and make themselves feel better and use that as an excuse for their laziness. The problem is people like Tess aka whales go around convincing young manipulative people, It's ok to have type two diabeties and weigh 200-400 lbs.

there is a diffence between being comfortable with youreself wheather you are a size 100 or 0. Thats what i am for i encourage people who are overweight to make healthier choices but no matter what you should always be happy with youreself.

@ImDavid Yeah the thing is: many fat people are in denial and they automatically object to anything you tell them. It's so annoying. However there are the people who aren't afraid to recognize it and change. I respect that a lot.

Yes and people are aware of that. But you can be thin and unhealthy. You can be average size and be just as unearthly. Lots of people have a fast metabolism but they're still going to be as unhealthy as someone over weight.
I didn't like this My take at all. Being obese is not healthy, we all know that. But comparing a bunch of women and talking about what's attractive and what's not is not the right way to go about it. At least a third of what you wrote are assumptions, and not very smart ones either.
I'm a skinny girl and even I feel shamed by this piece of writing, so I can only imagine how bigger girls must feel about it.

Why are fat people considered a fetish and not people who are muscular, toned, curvy, skinny? I have friends who are a lesbian copule. One is bigger and one is toned. My girlfriend if 3 years 9 months and 27 days including today is bigger and I am toned. Before you say I am a beta male that has a fat fetish, I have been into bigger women since I was 8 years old. Out of all of my exes only two were not chubby or bigger.

I think overweight people can still be attractive, since attraction is only relevant to your own head. I do agree that we should focus on being healthy, but quite frankly, I don't give a crap whether the model in front of my magazine is skinny as a stick, what society deems "normal", or overweight. I let everyone be themselves because I don't need anyone else up in my business.
Great myTake. I've personally experienced both sides of this issue, being too skinny and a bit heavier. To me it is a very grey-area issue. It seems like on one side, we are pushing to accept people who are unhealthily obese, while on the other, we fat-shame those who do not conform to the ideal body standard. As you said, it is all about being healthy, which I think is the main message here.

@RolandCuthbert When did I say that? I am not attracted to fat men at all and I would also encourage a fat man to loose weight. The reason I didn't talk about fat men much (or at all) is because this movement is mostly made up by women. ''Body positive'' is most on women. That is why.
In your original mytake, there isn't one line dedicated to fat men. Which is cool. Like I said, everyone is entitled to their opinion. Now whatever you wish to say, after the fact. . . well, I just say "whatever". They were not mentioned, so I don't know why anyone would say you had an issue with them after reading everything you posted.
I don't why we would have a body positive movement period. We are not sexualized, an old aging Sean Connery can be a romantic partner for Catherine Zeta Jones while being three times older. A flabby out of shape Jack Nicholson can play opposite Helen Hunt. He was 60 years old in "As good as it gets". And the obese Kevin James can have the red hot Rosario Dawson as a love interest. Haha!
Nah, we don't need a body positive image in the media. We have plenty of old, fat, out of shape men, in leading roles opposite gorgeous women.
