It is very common for young women to just make up stupid stories to start drama. Some of them don't even need to have been touched or slept with. They just like the attention and think that it gives them validity. I know a girl who just made up a random story about her boyfriend raping her every night while his parents were paying the RENT! And she got him expelled from his school and fucked him over. I know she was lying cause she pulled similar tactics on many people. I know another girl who claimed that I raped her at a hostel. I didn;t even have sex with her and the Southwest Los Angeles police department ignored her claims because they get SO MA?

I dont, and even if i did, ill dress how i want, if i wanna dress sexy because i feel it, i will, it doesn't mean i want sexual attention whatsoever. Yes some women want ATTENTION, but rape and attention is so different. If they get the wrong kind of attention, you're right its their own fault but rape is no one but the person who committed it.
