Well Europe is not a country so I can't talk for everyone, however, I live in Denmark and I know a lot about Scandinavian countries (Denmark Sweden Norway) these are all feminist countries strong females who work pay for all the needs they also act masculine flirting doesn't make sense people are quite cold and straightforward but since these countries are quite cold unlike Brazil, people drink a lot and they need to drink to have fun which I don't like very much, but things such as slut-shaming or griding doesn't considered tabo. but on a normal day, you won't see things like that unless they are drinking.

I've never heard of slut shaming women for wearing shorts. I'm not sure where you live here. Maybe that's because I live in California. Short shorts are common here. If you go to Florida, I bet they are more common.
I'm not sure about twerking. To me it seems pretty crass or "low class" in a way but maybe it's because I don't find it sexy at all. I'm not sure what young people your age think. When I was your age, I don't think it quite existed yet so I may have skipped what's attractive about it.

Moms don't wear short shorts probably because they usually don't maintain the stereotypical attractive figure for long, and ultimately that means women don't want to feel embarrassed showing what they think is unattractive. We have about double Brazils' obesity rates. Womens' perspective is the cause. I guess you can say women feel that way because men shame them. No one slut shames girls for wearing short shorts. Every girls wears them during them summer, the only problem people have is with girls shorts with half their asses hanging out in places with lots of children like at an amusement park. Yes those girls should be shamed.
Also have you been to any bars or clubs or house parties in America? All the girls twerk and grind and that's okay. The problem is with strippers openly putting that stuff on social media where little girls can see them.
Also, grinding with your boyfriend in front of your parents? Lol I don't think that's appropriate to do in front of your parents. I don't think that should be okay here.

I love it when girls wear things like that since it reveals more, so I don't have a problem with any shorts you want to wear. The only time it becomes an issue is when you wear thinks like that in front of small children, kids shouldn't be exposed to that and if you think they should, then yeah you should be shamed.

My parents obviously would've had a problem if my ex-bf and I went that far. My little cousins have seen me wearing those short shorts lots of times. What's wrong with that? Anyway, I'm not surprised that a Drake fan is a slut shamer! :)
