The Difference Between Brazilians and Americans

(Please, any spelling mistake, lemme know! I'm here to learn and practice)

I'm a born and raised brazilian and, as the whole world, I grew watching American movies and hearing American songs.. And by observing the American way of life on movies I realised: "My God, these people cannot be so fine". In movies that exposes American daily life, you always look so affectioned and worried about each other. But I thought it was just in movies.

Then I met some friends that were in America and they told me exactly what I observed in movies. Well, my mother has a neighbor that travelled around the world, including America. This neighbor said that once she was in a bus and a kid got sick and almost threw up. So, they stopped the bus and called the ambulance, and my neighbor said everyone looked really worried about the kid's situation.

Me and my mother were listening to the story and for us this was unbelievably careful treatment that would never happen in Brazil! "They really stopped the bus for a kid? WOW!". We remembered the same situation happenend with me too, when I was a kid, and the people inside the bus just forcebly pushed my head through the rushing bus window cause they really did not want me to vomit inside.

Some Americans treatment names are really warming. "Sweet heart" it's my favorite. Brazilians don't say 'sweet heart'. Brazilians really don't say 'sorry'. They just DON'T! Parents seem to not be worried to give kids goods examples. In fact, my Brazilian friends that have been in America said it's more comfortable to befriend an American than Brazilians. I appreciate this so much. I think it's so warming and sweet. The right word is mild.

Of course there are exceptions at any level and groups but mostly my perceptions are favorable. :3 I hope to visit your country soon!
