The biggest culprit, I believe is extreme gender segregation in that society. Most men don't even know how to talk to women because of this.

That actually makes a lot of sense, I think Facebook and other social media platforms should allow users to block people of certain geographical areas if they want so a women could block the entire country of India if she wanted stopping that issue
