Seems like my social circle is indifferent to me?

Have you all have this feeling of being overlooked by your social circle?

I definitely have. Its a sort of feeling that you get when you are not particularly close with anyone. How does it feel and how do you all go on about it?

Yep definitely. Or just used because you had something they needed like a car. PR there was nobody else for them to hang out with so they called you.

I just forgot about those friends I grew up with and became a loner. I have a few not so close friends from an old workplace that I hang out with sometimes, but its not a very tight group or anything.

Nowadays I am just trying to find a job that goes along with my interests and then I will keep in trying to learn new things and make them work positively for me.

I don't worry about having relationships with people anymore and I even wonder if I really need them. Never had a gf or been on a date and I don't really care about that anymore, just give me my dreams and I hope j can turn them into reality

Well I guess building up relationship can be beneficial at some point. Be it at school group assignments or other thing else. I just want someone out there to affirm my existence and fully accept me for what I am.

talking to them singularly will let them get to know you as a person better and more willing to involve you more in the circle.

i feel this a lot normally in groups with more than 4 people in it, it sucks! because as you feel more left out they are bonding more closely to the ones more invovled, and your left feeling left out. i guess its worth trying to talk to them singularly

I find myself stuttering most of the time when I do that (espicially the ones that I'm not close with) LOL. That;s actually one good tactic, I will keep trying. Thanks for dropping in and commenting :)

I was only close to one person in my social circle, the guy is now my ex, and every single person in my social circle is now ignoring me.

Yep, I think a lot of have at some point.

Try talking to them individually more, you may find yourself able to get along with one of them more or that you stumble upon similar hobbies/interests.

I'm not talkative or anything, I was born to be an introvert.
I'm in uni right now and still haven't find anyone specifically close to me. :/
The group seems to treat me fine but whenever I try to gain a closure, they seem to not embrace it wholeheartedly. Maybe it is just me, but meh.

A lot of factors could be there. You could be viewing it as they are not embracing it, they could be having a bad day, maybe you just approached it like you were trying to get closure to you, but really it wasn't that way to everyone else. I don't know your specific actions, so it's hard to say from my end. Introverts can have close friends too, just a smaller group of acquaintances is the big difference between an introvert and extrovert.

I try to get involved in conversations. If I can't talk then I will listen. Sometimes I blame myself for not
knowing the stuffs they are talking about, it wards me off to communicate with them. :(

You shouldn't blame yourself. It's common cognitive distortion to blame yourself when something fails, especially for a more shy or introverted person. There are a lot of factors that go into things and may be no one's fault. It's entirely possible that you just won't feel close to anyone within your group of friends due to poor chemistry or lack of common ground too. Keep this in mind.
