Do girls find guys who smoke weed unattractive, if so why?

I love smoking weed occasionally during parties or fun events, would I be losing my chance of getting any girls that same night?

If you're at a party, and when in line for a keg, you take a hit off someone's joint -- NO.

But if you smoke weed as part of your "thing" when at a party -- yes, you will lose out on opportunities, unless you hang around crowds of girls who also smoke down sometimes.

And when you smoke as part of your "thing" in life -- you'll really lose opportunities, but sure, gain some -- of those gals who smoke down a ton too.

In the end, yeah -- you're losing out. Wait until college until you can have a hit now and again from a roommate yet still not get any flack by any woman.

But regardless of where you are or at what stage -- don't make it part of your lifestyle if you're at all concerned with getting girls who aren't into the stuff.

depends on the girl but most girls I know find guys who do drugs EXTREMELY unattractive. the girls im talking about though are very proactive and go to the gym and study hard and work hard. but I don't think you would lose your chances, its a social thing to do at parties and such events. but you will definitely scare away the girls that have already sworn off weed for the rest of their lives lol.

I don't think guys that smoke weed are unattractive, guys that do it all the time are unattractive. What's crazy is that most people I know that smoke weed they don't do it occasionally they smoke everyday at least 3 times. So if I ever met a guy that didn't feel like he needed to smoke every day all day then I would date him.

I would not date a guy who smokes weed because it shows that he doesn't choose healthy ways to find happiness and pleasure and he is also more likely to suffer from low intelligence because of the weed smokers. How many engineers, lawyers or doctors do you know who smoke weed?

As a marijuana caregiver, you'd be surprised how many doctors and lawyers smoke weed. Especially in my state where it's legal. I know I'm a year late on the response, but figured I'd put in my 2 cents.

Yes. Very unattractive. A dependency on something unnecessary (like smoking, drinking, drugs) is always a turn off and a deal breaker to me. But there must be some girls who don't care about it, or who are into it. It depends on what kind of girl you want to go after.

It's a very unattractive quality to me. Everyone claims they do it occasionally but that's how it starts out. Everyone that I know that smokes weed tries to justify it, but I'm sorry I'm going to be blunt. I don't know a single person that smokes weed that's not a total loser. None of them have any ambition or the will to go to/complete college. It's just not something you want in a partner.

I'm in my third year of a degree in Graphic Design, I have smoked weed since I was sixteen, I have plenty of ambition... In fact I don't recommend weed to everyone, but hey it works for me. I see a lot of negative comments here from girls about weed, ignorance to be honest, funny one girl said that she can't stand guys that brag about weed? what's the difference between weed and alcohol? it shouldn't be stigmatized, weed is much safer than alcohol. I've never heard of a guy getting stoned and beating the shit out of his wife.. Drink is made out to be harmless and weed is only for losers... apparently.

No I don't find them unattractive. As long as it doesn't rule your life, I don't care. I do it every now and then, but I still am motivated to have a job and stay in school and things like that. If you smoked weed and ate chips and sat on a couch all day, then yeah, I'd find you unattractive, but there's actually only a few people I know who do that. A lot of people who smoke weed know how to balance it. As long as you do, it shouldn't be a problem.

I think you're too worried about what girls think of you at parties. You shouldn't do or not do something solely for the purpose of looking more attractive. If you don't smoke at parties and you get together with a girl who hates smoking, eventually she'll find out you do it anyway. Focus on having fun doing your thing and girls who like it will be attracted eventually. Personally, I hate the smell but like weed in general. I have many friends who smoke and aren't losers.

It's not expensive unless you smoke like Bob Marley. There are plenty of other things which are more worse for you than having an occasional smoke. Fast food stores do about 200× the amount of damage that weed does. Same with chocolate bars and fizzt drinks. Thrre are plenty of things that are bad for you. Don't just target weed.

If you are okay in school it means you are school smart, you know theories etc. But it doesn't mean you are smart in real life. You make bad decisions and mistakes.

I make lots of good decisions in life. But yea I do make even more bad ones. But thats okay, you learn from mistakes. And you can't live life to the fullest, whitout making any bad choices. I wouldn't have done anything different, if I had the choice to go back and change it.
Smoking isn't a bad or a good decision, it's just a nice little adjustment to your life.
