Can you wear extensions in jail?

hair extensions. Are they allowed or no? And do they take them off for you or do you have to take them off yourself? And do you get them once you get out?

anyways, rules differ from short term prisons to penitentiaries where there's are more freedom. in the pen, i dont see whynot...

Hell no, everything from the outside world is contraband. How would I know? I just got out of prison 8 months ago after serving a year.

Nothing is chill in jail. You might even catch an extra charge for it but I doubt it. If they catch you with them they will definitely be confiscated. Guards in jail are total fucking assholes. They stripped down our whole housing block for a toenail clipper. Stupid shit

I meant like a less serious jail, penitentiary I think it's called. Do you get the stuff back once you get out though? A toenail clipper could be pretty dangerous though..

Yeah they just keep it with your personal belongings. If you are going, to stay for any amount of I time I recommend you just leave it at home. They make you shower with this lice soap and all that and squat and cough so they will find your extensions no matter what.
