That's very true. Though I think it varies from country to country. In league of legends. One player became a coach and moved to Europe to coach a team. One of the differences. He stated how American players would get all but hurt if you told them they messed up or did something wrong. So any kind of constructive criticism. With the European teams he said that you could say "dude your fucken sucking today!" The other person would just say,"I know." Then just try to work harder to be better.
