How do I show interest in the guys I do find attractive instead of "ignoring" them?

how to stop "ignoring" guys i find attractive, or stop giving them a balk facial expression? I dot this all the time... For eksample this really cute guy was obviously checking me out, and what do i do? Look at him and look straight forward again (i was walking past him in the hallway).

And today this other guy at the gym was smiling to me, what do i do? look at him and look away, without smiling... I also have a tendecy to ignor guys if they are really good looking, i just assume that guys with great bodies have huge egos, so i try not to give them any attention because i normally assume they get a lot of attention anyway, in addition to assuming they won't go for me anyway (even after they give me attention).

I normally dont realise they are smiling or even checking me out before a while after, when itsd "too late"

So how to stop doing this? I

Believe me I know how you feel.

My crush flirted with me way before I started to like him. And even when he blatantly flirts with me and compliments me I get paranoid that he was being sarcastic and there's no way he could genuinely like me.

Why is it that an insult is accepted so easily but flirting or interested is doubted for so long? Have confidence!!! I'm learning to slowly and I hope you will too!!! ☺️😘

i dont know... i do smile somethimes, if iu know they are smiling to me.. normally i takes time for me to realise they are smiling at me and not someone else lol BUT im willing to try...
