whats the difference between those boroughs? U no as in the type of people that live there how they conduct themselves the schooling & how they dress. Anyone from NYC Please let me

It doesn't really matter and to the vast bulk of people, they are the same among the boroughs. However the most important thing to realize is that, more than anywhere else in the world, you can be yourself in New York City because people there are from all over the world and are vastly diverse. So, you'll be happiest if you are yourself there.
