What city is the most different culturally in comparison to New York City?

I was born in Manhattan, and lived in Brooklyn also for a few years. It’s a very troubled place. My dad was a drug dealer who died in prison this is normal here. My mom was a prostitute who disowned me. I don’t have any community or friends and most people are involved gangs here.

From what I've seen on Television... all those places are shit shows. I'm about to have to move to Rhode Island and I'm super bummed about it. I never went to the east coast for a reason... it just all looks like a shit show where people live in tiny ass apartments... like a filing cabinet of people.
