What do you do if you need to fart at work?

Describe the type of work environment that you work in and the proximity to coworkers.

I work in a mix of office and manufacturing plant settings. If I need to fart in the office, I never do if someone is within earshot. However once they leave, I'll let er rip. On occasion someone has walked in right after I've farted and its kinda awkward.

If I'm working in a noisy environment with lots of people around I'll let it out below the sound level of the area because nobody will know that it was me. If I'm walking I always look behind me to make sure that someone isn't following me before I let one go and crop dust them.

When I worked in a plant nursery (not one that sold to the public but a wholesaler) this guy and I would walk calmly over to each other and fart and then run away before the other person got the chance to pick up a lump of soil or sand and chuck it at the other one. We once rushed each other to the little truck that only gets driven on the property because we both wanted to drive it. He got to the truck first so I had to get in the passenger side. The seat is made of vinyl and I had to fart so I leaned away from him which lifted my butt check off the seat and in his direction and farted so loud and big. Vinyl is great to fart on to. He stopped driving, parked up the truck, got out and said I could drive. We also had a young girl that was always farting to and another young girl that let a fart rip in the lunch room. There was also another guy that farted all the time to. Farts happened at this place lol.

We have a "Fart Jar" at the office, and any time someone farts they're required to donate $1.00 to the jar. The first person to shart so badly they must return home and change their pants claims the contents.
