Why do I always fart at night in office?

by the way I dont fart in the morning but in evening when Im duty I can't control my fart that it will just release on its own. Like Im scared someone might hear it or it might have a had smell or something by the way Im Asian and I bring my dinner my dinner is always rice with meal like fried spring rolls or rice with fried chicken and its always happen so when I feel Im about to fart I will run to bathroom to just fart

It's possible whatever condiment or dip used could be the culprit. If the body cannot tolerate, for example, soy sauce, then some symptoms like farting may be possible. Rice is unlikely to induce farting but if you've eaten any beans, cruciferous vegetable, dairy product, or fermented product, then the lower intestines digest this and the gut bacteria creates the bloating.

If you're bloating (abdominal discomfort) then it's likely something you can't digest. If you're simply farting, well, might want to keep a daily meal tracker to eliminate certain foods, sauces, dips, etc.

What tends to happen is that foods eaten earlier in the day end up being the cause. It takes around 5 hours from the time food enters the esophagus to get past the first intestine, so, if you ate, say, tofu and rice 5+ hrs before your most recent meal it's likely that digestion going on.
