Look at the countless before & after examples & pictures of women who look downright hideous, average, horrible skin/features but then they put all kinds of makeup on and look beautiful or like completely different people.

Firstly, you have to wear A LOT of makeup to look completely different. Secondly, you can't judge how "bad" a woman looks without make up unless you've seen her in person. Criticizing women based off photos is rather idiotic as we all know how many factors come into play when taking a photo. The angle at which a photo is taken can change a lot.

I'm all about knocking beauty standards and stuff, but as a creative person, I was naturally inclined to appreciate the looks i could create with make up. 90% of the time i put a full face on, I just stay home. A lot of us don't do it to be fake. There's an artistic component. Now my cousin is totally insecure on the other hand, and puts it on as a mask. But don't generalize, we're not all like that.

I believe in natural beauty, makeup is just a knockoff of the real thing and knockoffs are never as valuable as the real deal. You can like makeup just as much as you want, but that's not going to change how disgusting it is to me. Wearing lipstick is a mask on your lips, wearing foundation is a mask on your skin, wearing eye shadow is a mask on your eyelids. Anything you put on is covering some portion of your face, it's a mask deary.

I think you need to get a grip and understand not everyone needs to feel the same way you do and just because someone doesn't like something doesn't mean it's because they have some secret desire to be involved with it.
