I don't want to like him anymore, how do I get him out of my mind?

there's this guy in my English class that I've had a crush on for the past few weeks. every single minute of the day he's in my mind and I can't get him out. my friend that is really good friends with him has been telling him to talk to me but every time he gets the chance either I chicken out or he does. it's seems like he talks to every girl in the universe except for me. my point is I don't want to like him anymore. it's ruining my life. help.

...well first I got to say TRY to talk first I mean he could be shy cause he likes you too,

but if you want to get over him occupy yourself...and the thought of him will be a lot more less but if you do think of him ask questions in class to distract you or talk to a friend about something else or just about the class work.
