Can you name of any of the 12 men who supposedly "rule the world"?
Meh how do you even determine power? Is it the man who controls the cash flows of a country, or the man with most military power. The man organising the political complex? But even then he has to listen to the military, the bankers, the world leaders abroad, even his own people to an extent (or there is revolt). Power is subjective. Even in this list, most of the guys are American. America might not even be the world's most dominant power in years to come. The hegemony changes and somebody else will snatch the spotlight.

#5 I think is George Soros. I actually think he's a pretty nice guy though. A lot of people will probably disagree with me. I think number 7 is warren buffet. Also a decent guy in my opinion. But I'm not sure if that's him.
I tend to think people who can't comprehend or don't want to accept the truthful complex nature of the world tend to create and cling to these conspiracy theories to help explain away why their lives aren't as great as they want it to be. Almost like a security blanket. Classic Manichaeism.

Is 5 a Rockefeller? And 1 a Rothschild? I suppose they're all men with immense power.
What about other figures and leaders such as Prince William or Barack Obama. I'd say they are vastly influential as well, even though they have celebrity status and all.
Rockefellers and Rothschilds. The top left is Evelyn Rothschild, the one next to him is Nathan. I think the bottom right guy is with the US Federal Reserve.
The first guy looks like Jacob Rothschild (1) the robber baron of banking... The last guy is Ben Bernanke (12)... A few others look familiar but I can't place their names right now.
Don't be surprised at all. Obama has as much power in the world as you or I. He heads the most powerful country on earth but who leads him? There are always other much more powerful and influential players in the game. These particular players are long-time players, they are not just there for 8 years or so, we are talking generations of the same family.
Warren Buffet is, of course, extremely wealthy. However, having extreme wealth does not guarantee you become a member of "the club". You have to be invited into "the club" to be included in their decision making and, of course, agree to their policies. The 12 are the ones who direct and influence Prime Ministers, Royalty, Presidents, Emperors, The US Federal Reserve, The Bank of England, etc. towards certain policies, laws and stipulations which are then metered out to the rest of us. Supposedly.
so you wouldn't think "the club" would want to invite bill gates, that dude from mexico and that other dude from spain and warren buffet... like the top 4 richest single people on the planet, 1 being an investor, another basically inventing the world's greatest modern invention and whatever the fuck those other 2 dudes do?
Ok, they have held power for 100s of years - generations. They have been wealthy for the majority of that time. They are now super duper trouper wealthy. It's probably not even estimable. In all that time, they have been "friends" with royalty, world leaders, law makers, money makers, presidents, prime ministers, etc. They have the background, the connections, the right ear of all of those people that are in positions of power. And that started 100s of years ago. They have also made lots of people wealthy and helped them attain power. They are respected, listened to and deferred to because of that. They are not flash. They do not impose themselves on people and they don't flaunt what they have. Their discretion is guaranteed. It is not about money. It is about who you know, what you know, how long you've known them and what they've done. Does it make more sense now?
i also forgot to put yellen, who runs the federal reserve... so let's get this straight. you don't think any of the dudes mentioned, plus yellen, have nearly as much say as those guys? 1 literally controls the inflation and deflation of wealth in the richest country on earth, 1 controls basically the economy and 1 controls the very system that the majority of the world uses to do basically everything. and again, they are the richest in the world... as in richer than any single 1 of those people

Sorry. I was replying to the point that a wealthy person was left out of the equation. It is not about having plenty of money to get into the "club" - I hope I have explained that a bit better now. I am trying to get ready to go out and answer questions on GaG. I guess I should do one or the other.
There is always a puppet master. Regardless of whether you have a powerful job title or not, there is always someone pulling those strings. The puppet master is rarely seen in public - think Punch and Judy - you see Punch and Judy fighting but you don't see the puppet master pulling their strings or, perhaps, even know about him. You know someone is making them fight on stage but you just watch them and probably don't even think about the puppet master working away in the background.
