Is it unusual that only strangers have discriminated against me for being Chinese?

I have never had somebody who knows me discriminate against me for being Chinese, I have only had strangers discriminate against me for being Chinese, because I am way more culturally Christian than I am culturally Chinese.

I am ascetic and avoid pleasure, I am generous, I am brave, I am honest, I do not care about money, I am socially inclusive, I do not care about dating, I do not care about my reputation, and I choose my morals over my family. I am way more demographically Christian than I am demographically Chinese, which is why nobody who knows me has ever racially judged me for being Chinese.

It is always strangers, who do not know me and do not know I got 100% on my U of T essays that judge me for “Not being able to speak English properly,” and it is the ones who do not know me that say, “I do not have Western values…”

I have been to churches where I was the only person who was not Black. I have been to churches where I was the only one of 3 people who was not Egyptian. I have been to churches where I was 1 of only 2 people that was not Indian. I have been to churches where I was the only one who was not Spanish.

I do not have any fear of being judged or hated by others and I do not care about my reputation at all. I was not even scared of the guy who sent me death threats because I am not afraid to die.
