Talking about Muslim immigrant men and women specifically

There has been a mass immigration of people from Muslim-majority countries into Europe, in recent years. Syrian refugees are the minority among them. Most of them are coming from Sub-Saharan Africa, Eritrea, and from across the middle east as far as Afghanistan and Pakistan, coming in through the Balkans.

The reality is, they're coming from cultures and countries that do not have the same values and ideas about women, and rape, which people in European countries have. Also, some of these men have a very negative perspective of Western (especially white) girls - they don't see them as equal, valuable, or of high moral standing, the way they see their own daughters and sisters. Obviously not all of these immigrant men think that way, but enough of them do that it's become an issue. And sure, sexual assault takes place by European men too, but the point is it's not nearly to the same extent, or targeted in this way.

That's why we saw what happened on New Year's Eve, in Cologne and other cities in Germany. They tried to censor it all at first, but half a year later we now have a leaked document that says 2000 men sexually assaulted 1200 German women that night, and the police have linked it to the huge influx of immigrants/refugees into Germany. I was pretty shocked and horrified something on this scale took place, because it's the last thing you'd think you have to worry about in a developed European country.

There's clearly some kind of clash of cultures and values going on, and it's not helped by the rate of immigration that's been taking place in Europe. They didn't properly vet a lot of the people coming in, and they let in so many people that it's practically impossible to integrate and assimilate all of them into their culture.

Western Europe is part of the 1st world while Syria is 3rd world. People from 1st world countries are generally more educated than people from the 3rd world. These European men know that rape is wrong and it would do no good if they just started to rape immigrant women (besides punishment by the lawd they could get infected with anything from these women who last time took a shower 4 weeks ago or so). Men from the 3rd world however are taught that they are superior over women and can do whatever they want with them because they are "a man's property".
This is why mixing the 1st world with the 3rd world isn't a good idea.
Why can't people in more charge over politics stop the war in their country instead of giving them shelters in Europe?

No, its a cultural aspect. Many immigrants are raised in a country where the maximum you see from a girl may be her face or even less. Then they come to Europe and they see girls with naked legs, arms and in summer wearing tops and shorts. For them its like tose girls offer themselves to them. New immigrants in Belgium have to see a movie around the behaviour of western women in avery day life and what is considered normal and abnormal in approaching them. They never learned in their own country where often the sharia was ruling.

Europen men simply have, in general, a particular code of conduct that says rape is wrong. Some immigrants may have a different code of conduct that says rape is not so bad.

It happens, from my personal observations, with other things. Near to where I live, there is a convenience store that sells alcohol until at least 11pm. So many immigrants buy alcohol and stand around drinking in the street. Then drop the empty cans on the ground, when there's a litter bin a few feet away.

It's a common rhetoric used, 'they're raping our women' has been used often to justify racial violence. Even Dylan Roof said that about black people to justify the AME massacre.

The Tulsa race riot of 1921 was a violent attack on the black sector based on an accusation of a black male raping a white woman. It's a disgusting method of demonizing people as a whole as violent when it is isolated situations.

It's the culture. And Europe is so nice that they're forcing their people to accept this different culture and not instructing the immigrants to assimilate and accept European culture.

in all honesty, i think the media creates a spin on it, because it's a happening topic, so they keep people informed by this, and it's usually only far right and right wing papers and news agencies that do this. Surveys have been taken showing that many people of an equal amount of migrant and native both committed these acts, and in the past, Europeans have done a similar thing to lots of people around the world.

There might be rapes done by Europeans on immigrants. We just woulldn't hear about them as easily because the media is ruled by us and therebye, serves our interests (by "our" I mean westerns).
Also, from what I see everywhere, these immigrants move in groups, they travel in numbers and form a sort of community when they settle somewhere, women especially, are always accompanied. Raping one of them might be more difficult, from a technical and practical point of view.

The refugees who flowed into Europe are from poor background. Their homes were destroyed by war, and they grew up in a place of prevalent violence. They fled the war zone to enter Europe. So most likely, these refugees have no scope of morality (I'm only talking about the ones who rape and kill).
