Every unsettled region on earth has their war and rape tourists. War tourists have joined ethnic cleansing groups to murder innocent villagers and rape women and kids. They don't advertise it in western media because the people who pay for it have interests in the group's that control media and it's suppressed to anonymity. 3. Countries with income inequality result in their people selling their bodies to survive, whether through labor or sex, whether willingly or forced like a child.
Combine #1 with #2 and #3 and that's why you see this going on. It's not because they're White or European and the victims are black.
