Why is this 20 something generation a bunch of lazy broke snobs?

I don’t see how they’re lazy, I have friends that are 20 something working 3-4 jobs just to make ends meet because the world is financially fucked. While the older generation is either split by doing well with their pensions or barely scraping by. Yet the majority of the younger generation have accepted their fate and work to exhaustion without or with minimal complaint and others complain about them making sure they get their TO requests or only complete what’s within their designated duties because why go above and beyond for a company that will replace you in a heartbeat

I don't know if you've realized, but the economy is kind of fucked. While I do think that Gen Z is extremely entitled and spoiled for the most part, some of what they're saying is true. Everyone wants to have a life. Owning a home is not a common thing anymore. No one wants to work 2-3 jobs for years on end to save up for a down payment on a house. We have to change the way we do things to make our ways in life. And honestly, laziness is the root of all innovation. So we're learning to do things more and more efficiently. There will come a day (potentially even in our lifetimes) where everything is automated and humans don't really have to work. It may piss you off, but that seems to be the direction society is going... to a WALL-E world.
