There is a possibility according to the link attached, a true Irish heritage is linked to Northern Spain so a darker skin and African ancestry cannot be discounted but don't forget in the last 2,000 years we have been invaded by the Celts, Vikings, Normans, Anglo Saxons which means by now we are a real mix of bloodlines.

I see some whites that have the same facial features as some black people.

However that does not make them black.

Their skin tone is white not black. To simply put it.
