Black girls raised up to strong independant woman?

My dear black girls/black women. I have a question for you. I see so much of you being like you don't need a man. A lot of black mother raise their guys up as a young good man who can take care of a women and treath her right (That's good because most do need that education). and they raise their daughters like they don't need a man and they only can get men if that men has everthing right (in the way like they earn above average). Is it true.

I've read this on facebook. It's in dutch but it says this;
You black mothers raise up your daughters and teach them to be prepared to be single mother.
You raise them up with the goal: Your diploma or certificate is your first man.
You teach them actually that "strong independant women who need no man thing" like you see in memes and stuff.
You teach them to send your man away if he don't act good.

This can be not true but it's written by a black woman and i agree because i see this a lot. Even my mom is like this.

An addictional note which you can totally ignore (this just must to get out cause it was stuck for a while):
All these nice guys who are whining and crying like shit also do complain about this.
They say that:
-Girls fucking around and when they 30 they want to settle when they single mom or look ugly as hell (lost their beauty)
-Girls fucking around and when they 30 they want to act like the strong independant woman who thinks niggas ain't shit (to say this cruel).
