How can we get black women to stop raising their kids on their own and living off of welfare and raise their kids with their kids fathers?

Okay it seems to me as if black women like to purposely go get pregnant and have kids with multiple baby daddies and then choose to have welfare raise their kids instead of raise their kids with their kids fathers in a nuclear family. I mean black women are single handly causing black crime to skyrocket by their selfish nature and choosing to raise kids without their kids father in the home and thus causes black men to grow up without discipline and become violent. The problem is that black women don’t want to settle for you’re average black guy they want some high value black guy so they will go out and get pregnant by some random black guy and then raise his kids on their own because they would rather just raise their kids on welfare instead of with a father. Like I don’t know why black women can’t just settle and accept that they are the most undesirable race and that only black men will like them and that they should just settle for a random black guy instead of just choosing to raise her kids off of welfare.
