Why are people (mainly White men) so upset about the "Black Women's Defense League" an all women gun group to protect black women and children?

From the comment section and the dislike bar it seems a lot of people are against them but I don't understand why.

The people complaining in the comments are mostly white men, Latino men, and black men. But I don't understand why they're so upset about black women protecting themselves and the children in their community. As the stats show 60% of black girls are sexually assaulted before they reach the age of 18 (and that's the reported number, for every one that does report it 15 don't) Also every 19 hours a black women is killed by a man and every 21 hours a black women is killed by a black man. So why are so many men of all races upset by black women protecting themselves and their children.

What I don't understand is why people are so upset by this. BLACK WOMEN AREN'T THE ONES COMMITTING THE CRIME. Black men are. So why are white men mostly so upset by black women protecting themselves against black men and white supremacy?

I hear people complaining about "Black on Black crime" yet one a group of women try to solve that very problem they're lambasted by everyone?

Kind of like if you have AIDS and you start getting other weird diseases popping up that you would never catch otherwise. Cultural Marxism, socialism, the collapse of the black family. Small wonder black women are arming themselves to shoot at black men. It's actually heart breaking to see shit like this, I'm not black but it should never be this way. Because the very idea behind this movement demonizes men.
It assumes that men are by default out to hurt women. It is unwelcoming towards men who aren't harming black women, and in fact would love to lend their support to resolving these issues.

Why would men be happy with a movement that assumes that they are monsters and criminals?

I'm a black woman by the way - This type of movement is divisive and doesn't bring a community together, instead it creates a 'us vs them' mentality.

1. YouTube just has racist/misogynistic guys to begin with.

2. There are valid reasons. Why would someone not be scared of people "defending" themselves with a weapon (at what point can they use it or threaten with it, is it morally right to threaten someone with that weapon, what if one lady misuses it?, etc.).

Also I don't think using hyperbole is fair in such a controversial argument. Black women commit crimes all the times as well, though they do it more, it's not entirely guys.

You've presented one side of the argument, but you have to realize there is another side that actually has some valid points as well. You also use way too much hyperbole to try to prove your point.

i think its because women not knowing exactly how to handle situations like this end up coming across as arrogant even though there intentions are for the best o the kids. and while those statistics are not really accurate because polls rarely are right i think women as whole have the problem there trying to point out.

and also i think it might have too do with BLM seeing how effective it was when they condoned killing white cops but i could be wrong about where there getting there idea for the stance from.

Why do you emphasize (mostly white men) in your question? Why are most 2nd amendment supporters white men? Why do people commit drive by gang shootings, (mostly black men) in their own cities? Why do people gang bang? ( Mostly black men). See where I am going with this, if you don't like being associated with group based guilt, then don't do it on your end. As for your question, I support the 2nd amendment, and therefore by extension, I have zero problems with their group. The world is a dangerous place, and I believe in self defense and standing your ground.

I hope that in this gun training, they're also training them how to be rational with their emotions and to not point it at a police officer in a challenge of their authority. If you're going to give somebody such power then they should be taught how to not abuse that power.
