Why do really short girls (4'10 and under) and really tall guys (6'5" and over) have nice faces?

They are 7/10 +. Why are they so nice to people? I know that not all of them are like this but there isn't that many of them and I witnessed a strong pattern.

My half brother is 6'11" and he's above a 7. He got his extreme height from his mom's side of the family and he has my dad's good genes too because we share the same father. Really short girls look young and their faces tend to be smaller/cuter. Really tall guys look manly/bigger. I think it's also due to biology. Smaller women have a lot of estrogen for their size and they live longer which means they are generally healthy. People with better immune systems have more symmetrical faces. The taller you are, the more prone you are to cancer so you need a better immune system to fight it off. Maybe before the really tall guy is born, meiosis gave better genes and better immune systems to really tall guys in order to give them a chance to pass on their genes to the next generation.
