Don't dip your pen in company ink. Just because you think your boss is hot doesn't mean she will date you, you probably don't have a chance with her and most likely she will consider that inappropriate for the workplace and disrespectful to her position.

Leave the junior girl alone. You don't like her, she's only an option because she likes you. Don't go out with someone because they like you and you have no other options that's just wrong and will come back to bite you on the butt.

If you did like her, it seems as if you would have spoke a bit more highly about her. Notice the difference in how you mention your boss and the junior girl. Just saying!
