Personally I think the Battle of Tours was the most important as that is the first time rampaging Muslim armies had been stopped and beaten in western Europe. Christian Spain, Northern Africa and eastern parts of the eastern Roman empire already had already been conquered.

Haha lol at your topic, first of all let me remind you with something. Christians were the one first who wanted to invade Muslim lands and remove this religion, thats why there were like 11 Holy Leauges against Muslims but funny only 1 of them was succesful :D After all these Crusades, Ottoman Empire borned and ruled half of Europe for at least 500 years, we directly ruled the Balkans, Ukraine, some parts of Poland, Hungary and made other countries like Poland, Habsburgs, some Italian states as our vassals.

About Siege of Vienna II, Ottoman Empire was ambushed behind by Poland when fighting against Habsburgs, Crimeans who were our allies were supposed to watch the Polish Border but they didn't and left from the war. So oppurtunist Poland eveluated this chance and hit us from behind. But it wasn't over, later on 1700s they became a doll for Ottomans and Russians, we were choosing their new Kings, they were paying us taxes however Russia wasn't cool with it, so we were always fighting against eachother and such.

About Battle of Lepanto, thats funny you put this battle here because Ottomans won that campaign actually :D Battle of Lepanto is part of ''4th Ottoman - Venetian War'' in result of this war Ottomans conquered Cyprus from Crusaders, and conquered few more Islands from them but lost Battle of Lepanto cause our enemies were outnumbered.

The first crusade was same for by the Byzantines who were under attack, Islam was spread by the sword. Islam had invaded and conquered all Christian people's in North Africa and the middle East and were attacking South Eastern and western Europe by land and by sea.
The Battle of Tours was in 732 AD which happened in France while the first crusade wasn't launched until 1096AD as the first real fight back against Islam which at the time of crusades was attacking Christianity. I fully recognise the ottoman influence in western Europe but they were never able to fully conquer, the devout poles came to the aid of fellow Christians and turned the tide, what happened to the poles soon after was jealousy among other Christian rulers, Polish style Hussars became the elite in European armies. Lepanto eas victory of the Holy League is of great importance in the history of Europe and of the Ottoman Empire, marking the turning-point of Ottoman military expansion into the Mediterranean.

@TheNotorious About Libya, on that battle there weren't any Ottoman Soldiers fighting against Italians lmao. There were only Turkish generals who went to Libya and one of them was Ataturk. They all tried to organize Libyan volunteer villagers who wanted to help Ottoman Empire and they did what they had to. Mustafa Kemal Ataturk defeated Italians in every Libya Campaign. The reason why we had to give Libya was because at the same time Balkan War was popped up against Serbia, Bulgaria, Greece, Romania and Albania so Ottomans had to move their troops to Balkans and forget about Libya, this is the reason why we left it.

Russians had Kars, Ardahan, Mus, Van and few other cities but Mustafa Kemal Ataturk fought against Russians and kicked them out of the Anatolia while fighting against Greeks, British and French aswell. @Asker Yeah Ottomans couldn't conquer West Europe but had very big influence there. We were allied with France during middle 1500s and they were calling us for help to fight against Habsburgs, Italian States and such. Most of countries in Europe were paying us taxes because they didn't want to face with Ottoman Empire. About Poland, I don't know why people think Poland was that strong really :D Just have a look at the wars happend between Ottoman Empire and Poland, just see how many times Poland became vassal state of Ottoman Empire and paid us taxes. Siege of Vien II was the only battle where Poland was succesful against us, and they did that with attacking us behind with making a trick.

They broke the agreement which was ''Treaty of Bucasz'' according to that treaty they had to pay taxes to Ottoman Empire, thats what they did actually but on 1683 they got help from Habsburgs and eveluated this chance, thats how they attacked us.

@TheNotorious I think you don't know Russia was paying us taxes from 1550s to 1650s. Actually they paid to Crimean Khanate which was our vassal state and had Turkish rulers. On Battle of Moscow Crimean Khanate and Ottomans moved into the city and captured it, but later that we abondoned it cause it was just raiding and sacking the city.

If Russia would invade Istanbul thats sure we could take it back, boy we defeated them even when we were fighting against Allied Powers who invaded our country and left only 1/3 of it to us. On Battle of Prut all of the Russian ''Royal Army'' was surrounded by Ottomans, they were going to be removed but they begged for mercy and Ottomans led their King and Queen live. Like I said in my previous comments, yeah we fought a lot to Russians and yeah they won more against us but they couldn't make us a vassal state, or made us pay them taxes but WE did. We defeated them even in our worst times when there was no male for a fight.
