Why did the Christians never win a war against the Turks?

First, the Ottoman Turks occupied the Balkans and parts of Europe. They occupied Constantinople and turned the Hagia Sophia Church into a Mosque. Then (again the Ottoman Turks) they established a system called the Devşirme System and forcibly took children from Christian families and made them fight. Also, in the first years of Turkey's establishment, Turks committed genocide against Armenians (they killed 2 million Armenians) and threw thousands of Greeks into the sea. They also invaded Cyprus and killed the Greeks, and the Turks captured half of them.

If that were true, the Ottoman Empire would have never declined. They wouldn't have lost battles in the Crusades or with their Christian neighbors. They wouldn't have lost the Barbary Wars to the USA later in history. They wouldn't have got their asses kicked in WWI and WIII by the allied powers. The state of Israel wouldn't exist in their backyard holding Jerusalem and projecting power through the Islamic world today. Clearly you should reevaluate history from a more practical point of view. The Ottoman Turks have declined significantly from their high point.
