They don't "deserve" respect. Respect is earned, just as disrespect is earned. But as fellow humans they do deserve a certain level of courtesy, unless something more or less is warranted. So I agree in that sense that they don't deserve to receive poor treatment, but they don't deserve your or anyone's respect.

Practically speaking tho, unless you personally interact with pornstars you don't show them respect or disrespect anyways. You just have a concept in your mind of whether or not you approve of them and/or what they do.

Actually I do. Then again, I don't do it to Impress others, It is simply What I was raised to do. I grew up in the projects of an Intercity, with a drug addict mother, spent time in a few abuse shelters. I grew up and gave sixteen years to my country in the U. S. Navy. I have a degree in massage therapy, and I have two children who are competition swimmers in the summer, do camps and volunteer in social programs for those less fortunate then them. Selling your body for money is the main reason out of all the other ones, Plus imagine dating someone with a OF and having them meet your parents and they ask "What do you do for work?".
