Pretty much! I also like that even though I haven't been raised by my biological parents, my roots still take me back to things that are typical for people from that ethnicity
I'm gonna say no, to be honest. I've seen many people over here saying that they love being what they are. I too say the same thing, but on the inside, whatever you may feel, I feel that why hasen't God made me white. A lot of people including white people may say that blacks are equal or whatever. But when it comes to dating, its always... or maybe most of the times they prefer partner of their own race. clearly on the inside I envy fair skin.
Its the society where I live. Everyone just tends as if it dosent matter to be dark skinned. But deep inside they always prefer light skinned people or theyll consider dark skinned people are ugly
I'm Chinese, and the same goes to my family in all directions. I was born in the United States so I'm technically Asian American, but I'm still proud of my ethnicity and my culture.
50% Russian 50% Ukrainian And Jewish runs deep into my dads, mom and moms, dad roots. and into the ancestry mostly Jewish and Ukrainian roots I am proud of it! :)
I am very proud of my heritage! My father’s side is English, my mother’s side is Scottish (cue “Rule Britannia”). My ancestors sailed from England in the late 1600s to Delaware. They also fought for the Patriots in the Revolutionary War. My dream is to one day move to England for college and possibly stay there. I think it would be neat to move back to the land of my ancestors.
I don't really have any feelings towards it. All I know is that I'm white, I'm English and I have some Scottish background but I don't really know all that much about my history, it doesn't matter to me.
Yes I definitely am! I'm 100% Scandinavian and that's amazing. Great heritage and history and I love my country. Big fan of welfare. Love our monarchy. We have the oldest flag in the world too. I love where I'm from.
First of all Mexican is not a race. It's not a surprise that you have some African admixture since there was African slavery in Mexico at some point. Also there are plenty of blacks in Costa Chica and Veracruz in Mexico
There was a time - but since then the countries I spawn from and those of my parents have shown themselves to be buying into the racist, bigoted, stupidity in big ways. I feel shame when I think about them now.
I'm white, boring white. only good thing about me is 25 percent native American, I dont have the culture and I dont really look the part so im white sooooo come on.
@Ali55sven Plain and simple is not good, I'm like a piece of unseasoned chicken.. Dreadful.. I'd never wish anyone to be culture-less, I feel its a big part of an individual which is why I'll probably end up moving somewhere in Asia, Middle east or Northern Africa and breed there so my babies be that seasoned chicken.
I'm Irish German native American Swedish I don't have a reason to be ashamed of it I don't really care I'm just glad I have the family I do have they are kinda crazy but I'm glad to have them
I was really insecure bc I go to school in a predominantly white area and I'm like one of three black kids in my school and when you're in elementary and middle school all these new social experiences happen like first dances and boys, ya know things that are important to a little girl- I was excluded a lot as in I never got asked to dance, guys would blatantly come up and tell me I was ugly or they didn't like black girls or stuff like that and when you're younger that's so monumental and painful so I use to get really sad and just hate having dark skin. But now I love it because I love myself so I'm like fuck it lol who cares about what they say, it's just shitty for people to be like that, and also you can't blame little boys or girls for saying stuff like that or acting exclusive when's it's just ignorance that's making them do those things.
yes. I'm mixed race: 50% African, 20% European, 20% "middle eastern" and 10% untraceable. I'm more proud of that untraceable part because its so mysterious.

England, great country
I don't really have any feelings towards it. All I know is that I'm white, I'm English and I have some Scottish background but I don't really know all that much about my history, it doesn't matter to me.

Vart i Skandinavien? Or if you don't understand Swedish where in Scandinavia?
@melvinrismark haha I do
Jeg er fra Danmark 😄😄
I try my best not to take pride in things I put no effort in attaining. Sometimes it's difficult, but I find it is for the best.
Why don't you?
Because I think it's silly to be proud of something you didn't earn.
But you can be proud of your culture, nothing wrong with that
Eh, I'm really not proud of things I didn't personally do. I think it's just weird to take pride in something you didn't achieve.
I can see your point of view
First of all Mexican is not a race. It's not a surprise that you have some African admixture since there was African slavery in Mexico at some point. Also there are plenty of blacks in Costa Chica and Veracruz in Mexico
I know, its a Nationality. Just crazy to see it thats all, in your results. Love who i am though
There was a time - but since then the countries I spawn from and those of my parents have shown themselves to be buying into the racist, bigoted, stupidity in big ways. I feel shame when I think about them now.
Which countries?
Australia and England respectively. The stupid is strong with 'the west' these days.
Yes I am proud of my ethnicity. I am mixed with Indian and black but I get a lot of racist comments...
Where are you from?
@TheWorldEndsWithYou - I am from the south! I was born and raised in Tennessee.
That makes sense, sorry you had to go through that
I'm white, boring white. only good thing about me is 25 percent native American, I dont have the culture and I dont really look the part so im white sooooo come on.
Better for you plain and simple
Boring white lol
@Ali55sven Plain and simple is not good, I'm like a piece of unseasoned chicken.. Dreadful.. Lmao as you wish. It isn't such a bad thing you know. You dont need to conform to society and have such cultures.
Stop hating yourself. Being white is more rare than being African or Asian
I'm Irish German native American Swedish I don't have a reason to be ashamed of it I don't really care I'm just glad I have the family I do have they are kinda crazy but I'm glad to have them
Crazy is good though
Aren't majority of Mexicans of Native American ancestry?
Yeah but it showed how much of it though lol
I am black and very proud. I love my people. I'm also Native American and Mexican and Irish. I love my culture.
Never stop being proud
I used to hate being black and was okay with being Asian but now I'm happy that I'm mixed
Why would you hate it?
Girl you better be proud cause your melanin is poppin.

Thanks boo hahah @Pink2000
I hope you're not around those kind of people anymore, and you're in a better place because of it. You're Beautiful exactly how you are.
Thank you I appreciate that
No problem
Black is beautiful. Just bc people can't c it dosent mean it's not a reality
I went a predominantly white private school and I liked being different. Being black is cool.
yuh that's where I am now @Pink2000
Neither proud nor ashamed. It is what it is. It is silly to be proud or ashamed of something you have no control over.
You could be proud of the culture behind it
I enjoy the cultures, and that's it. I actually enjoy cultures, a lot of cultures that are not mine too.
I Am Asian and I am happy. My kids are half Asian half Caucasian.
Thats pretty
Thanks, kind of like Shay Mitchell and Kristen kreuk
Had a crush on her in my smallvile years lol
Yah she is really pretty
I'm mostly British (90%) with some Italian, Scandinavian and Caucasian ancestry. I wouldn't say I'm proud exactly but I find it interesting.
Oh dang... thats a conversation starter
yes.
I'm mixed race: 50% African, 20% European, 20% "middle eastern" and 10% untraceable.
I'm more proud of that untraceable part because its so mysterious.
Who doesn't like some mystery right?
