What countries don't circumcise?

Most of the world doesn't circumcise. Its mainly just the United States, some majority Muslim countries, and the areas of Africa where Americans pushed circumcision in a failed attempt to reduce the spread of HIV. Circumcision is very rare in most of Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Its very quickly falling out of favor in Australia, and its largely been abandoned in Canada. Its less popular than it has been in the United States, but unfortunately it still is practiced quite regularly.

some countries ban it in hospitals but no country i know of doesn't allow people do have a male child circumcised at all

The entire western world except america. If a western country has jews or muslims they are of course circumcised.

Sweden don't, only circumcised guy I know is from Bosnia and he is muslim...
