Circumcision of minors should be outlawed except as treatment for active medical issues (not for prophylactic reasons). Adults should be able to choose for themselves if they want to be circumcised or not.

For babies 100% yes needs to be illegal. Adults can do whatever they want to their bodies tho since it's their choice
