It's the food and genetics. Diets in western culture tend to be well... fattening. All the hormones and shit we eat. People actually pose with western people in eastern countries because we are so large in not just weight but height. I'm a thin person but I've always felt like I have big arms not quite like here but if I were to gain weight, a lot of it would go there, and that's just how I'm built, better than the midsection I suppose. No men are not getting weaker than what they used to be, unless you compare us to our primitive ancestors who had to kill what they ate and had to be stronger than what modern society does. But even those women could probably kick your ass.
No, it's just fat. Men are physically superior. You take a skinny guy vs an average woman, he will still win. It might not look like it, but we pack way more punch than women. We were made for battle so no surprise we are stronger.

my kids mother is 4 11 and was 120 when we met..
she literally gained 70 lbs and was sittin at 4 11 190 w bigger arms and legs than me.. but weak as hell..
she had the nerve to be mad at me for no longer being attracted to her..
well sorry.. but I am into girls smaller than me.. and I kept it real w her.. sorry but you layin around 24 7 for 5 years led to you becoming sloppy.. and with her appearance transformation she also became a slob... I told her I wanted more from life a fat slob and if she puts that little effort in herself it isn't my fault..
truth is.. women let themselves go and shield w the word *body shame*.. go work out.. go to dr and check your thyroid levels.. eat semi healthy (dont eat take out for months on end) .. and actually raise your bloodpressure past your normal heart rate more than once a week and I promise.. men will appreciate it and your body much more..
