My ex seems to have untagged/deleted himself (on facebook) from pictures of me and him?

I was looking through my ex boyfriends photos on facebook and there was only one photo of me and him that he was tagged in. However when we were going out he was tagged in more than just one! I also looked through his Profile pictures (photos that he had as his profile pic) and there was none of me and him, whereas he HAD had about 2 pictures of me and him as his profile picture whilst we were going out but now they've just disappeared.

We're both 16 and were going out for 1 year and 3 months (however we we're both 15 for most of our relationship) and he split up with me 3 months ago. We ended on good terms and are still quite good friends and have the same group of friends etc.

So why does he seem to of removed the pictures of us in his profile pictures and untagged himself from a few pics of me and him?

He moved on about 3/4 weeks after the breakup if not before that so it's not like he still loves me and struggled to look at them and we're friends so it's not like he hates me :/

It wouldn't exactly effect his profile or anything, people would only see them if they looked through alll of his photos and there still good memories so I don't see why he had to do it :/

Hey Abb123x,

He is probably untagging these photos for 2 reasons:

1. He doesn't want other people to see pictures of the two of you together, because he wouldn't want them to get the wrong idea (i.e. he doesn't want others thinking that you are still together with him, or that he is hanging out with you in that sort of way still)

2. He probably doesn't want to see these pictures of the two of you together because he has moved on. This is a common thing, and probably a good thing.

Now, if he had removed you as a facebook friend, yes that would be a bad thing. But this is different. He doesn't hate you. All is good. Also, he may have downloaded the photos of the two of you together onto his computer so he can look at them personally, but he just doesn't want it out there publicly on facebook.

Ummmmmmm, because he is your EX. There is no obligation when a relationship is over, not even to be "friends". By the way. If he still had those pics of you, seeing you would just remind him of what he doesn't have anymore. Another thing is that since he is SINGLE now he can start looking for other girls to date, and no girl will be interested if she sees another girl hanging around, especially if it's an ex. Even though it's good memories, who wants to see someone cling on to an ex in any way? How would you explain that to someone that is interested in you someday? That would lead to jealousy, conflict, and drama. He is living his life, moving on, and doing what he has to do to be happy.

Probably because he has a new girlfiend and he worried she would see the pics of you together and get upset, so he untagged himself so they wouldn't appear in his profile. Simple!

In regards to your recent update-Even though you guys broke up on good terms and are still friends. He's not going to necessarily tell you, and if you have the same group of friends they probably don't know yet either. He maybe keeping it low key for now. I'm only saying this because it happen to me.
