They just kind of become assholes when they're adults who bully.
I dont believe in violence, only when it comes to adult bullying.
They're just as pathetic, and I presume they're just as fun to beat up. Can't do it now cause I'll go to prison, or seriously injure the person.
My "opinion" is no.
If you're an adult and still able to be a "bully victim," you have some growing up to do.
I think they usually have esteem issues and other issues that need to be dealt with. They could use some decent therapy.
I'm not sure there IS such a thing as an adult bully. By the time they reach adulthood, they're narcissists.
Utilising the power of their position shows their rotten character that's all i have to say about that.
I want slap them. Hahah I think people were making fun of me because I was squatting in body pump class. To those people I say fuck off.
No such thing. Unless your in a place completely unsuitable for you. I took firefighting classes, and the teacher was under 5'4 and really made some 6'3 dudes literally quit the class cause he had solid ground and performed his teaching with very real determination.
Guy was also a chief... reminds me of napoleon bonaparte in a way... little guy leading a huge army under his command... you better believe no one picked on him either!!
Someone who hasn’t matured mentally, and I’d definitely see them as toxic, and not useful.
Stupid, arrogant people who obviously never grew up
They need to stop acting like thier ten and start acting how ever old they are
Annoying as hell. My brother is 23 and still acts like he's in Junior High.
Agreed, unfortunately, it is a very human foible. I have worked places where people got bullied, and I kind of kept my head down.
Bullies need to be confronted most of the time there showing off to impress someone or just are total ding bats
Agreed. We just need to let people smack some sense into people again.
I think they need to check themselves and focus on their own issues, that are causing them to have the need to bully others just so they feel better about their own fucked up lives.
After 5 it is equally sad at any age. It's fundamentally flawed social development. If you haven't learned to play the meta game over the game by the time you go to school you'll never learn.
Need to solve thier own shitty lives instead of trying to shit on other people
Bullies are insecure people who genuinely have reasons to be down about themselves. You should take it as a compliment that they show you that kind of attention because it probably means they admire you and are jealous.
Pathetic and should get a taste of their own foul medcine.
It's pathetic and just because they're older it doesn't mean that they're more superior
I think it's not only ashame that a thing such as adult bullying is even a real thing and anyone who does this to be little another one of the smallest amount of problems is a BBB baby back bitch
They never grew up. And beneath them there is always insecurity feelings.
I think it's immature. Adults are not kids anymore, they should know better.
To the question "my opinion about bullies" in general is always hate and disgrace
It's just weird, especially because over 18 you could legally own a gun for self defense
A think a punch to the face would be sufficient to shut up said bully 😂
If I meet one when I grow up, well I ain't paying the damages.
Makes me feel like I’m in high school again when I see that go on with adults
I think adult bullying is pathetic. It's like they're adults who never grew up.
The way you described it reminds me of grown people projecting their own insecurities on others and makibg fun of them, weak as fuck
I think that it really affects one's performance. IT's really difficult to be not influenced by them... For me nobody can say anything to my face but I understand from their behavior,,,
Really bad, then make their own comforts areas and if anyone tries to change. 'Adult Bullies'
Pathetic scumbags who deserve to be fired or even procecuted.
I completely agree with you.
It can happen in a work place for example.
As bad as juvenile ones, adult victims should be expected to stand up better than child victims though to be perfectly honest.
I try to avoid them as much as possible l and I can’t then I just ignore them.
monkey see monkey do. most countries are run on bullying.
I don't know how to tell the difference everyone treats me the same in person.
I think violence is the only option. Put on a balaclava, follow them after work and punch out their teeth. It works only on bullies mind you because nobody has sympathy for bullies anyway.
Why hide?
I was bullied when I was 8-12. Then I became a bully myself from 12-15. I don't see much of it anymore but the few times I do, I have to control myself from leaving whoever is the bully in a coffin.
People that get older but never grow up and never fully developed their common sense
It's worst then kids cause they should have manors & respect
Bullies are usually people that don't know who they are or what they are supposed to do in life
I wish people would be willing to get punched in the face more, that way people would stand up for themselves.
see it from the bullies side. the strategy has been effective and it still apparently is. don't fix something that's not broken right? from the bullies point of view, it makes perfect sense.
effective at reaching what goal?
@Reach500 validation of their own self worth, social recognition, getting what ever they want? I don't know but if it didn't help them get something, they wouldn't do it.
I'm sure it has a payoff, but I see it as selling their integrity for a validation high
@Reach500 well you could argue that it's 2 components. them not growing up to use better strategies and the bullied one still not able to deal with it, which would invalidate the strategy they have by default
It's what makes the world go round. Most of our gov officials are bullies. I hate it but they have all the power cause of money.
I gotta say why ask if you're already answering you're own question of what you think
They're just a bunch of hippies looking for some piece of advice.
By adult bullies I assume that you are referring to politically correct sjws
They are best described in one word: "Pathetic."
They somehow didn't managed to get out of puberty.
BULLYING HAS NO PLACE IN SOCIETY AT ALL.
I completely agree with you.
Humans are designed to be aggressive toward one another, this is how we test each other for strength when building teams and packs.
This doesn't teach any fucking strenght... bullying is bs and for pussies who have to mske themselves feel good, bullying is just immature and lack of intelignce
@BenSherman You must not live in a tough place. I got bullied and I am much stronger now because of the environment that bullies create.
I was bullied in elementary school by most of. class for 3 years, it only caused me severe social anxiety
@BenSherman That doesn't mean everyone will end up like you. Just like ing an idol or losing your parents, we all react differently to different stressors, it's genetic. You got bullied in third grade and have anxiety. I got bullied 4th through 10th and abused by my parents, and I'm stronger now than ever. I've written books, spent 4 years in the Marine Corps, almost have a college degree, and many other things. Some just adapt better than others.
Snowflake alert!
Hehehehe. Says the one who has Rick as a profile picture. He'd call you an idiot for assuming people who don't like bullying are snowflakes. Likely, if you associate victims of bullying as snowflakes, you aren't as evolved as other human beings or as smart. You may lack empathy like a an animal. You are at least 30 and seem to approve of bullying. Grow up. Now, excuse me while I grab popcorn. Based on my predictions, you are 1) not even going to read half of this (couldn't even write an intelligent full sentence yourself) 2) going to mock me somehow 3) somehow try to prove you are better 4) call me a snowflake as well. Ironically, it'd prove a lot about your snowflakeness yourself if I am correct.
@errorgoodnameunfound I have no idea where your sippy cup is..
@errorgoodnameunfound ps: why are you posting as anon on my posts? .. also your attempts at offending me are as weak as your errection and that is why your girl left you.. xD
What are you talking about? Also, I was right. i knew you wouldn't admit to being wrong and continue to mock and act immature. Sigh, how predictable can you get?
@errorgoodnameunfound lol we both know it was you, you gave it away with crying about how you hate being a snowflake... just man up to it..
Man up to it? Really? Man up to what? That you made enemies here that now troll and offend you? Maybe you should stop being a little bitch and end this already. You got called out on your BS. You lost. You are more than welcome to go stand in a corner and think about your life.
@errorgoodnameunfound a single image and two words "Snowflake alerd!" and you start a full rant snowflake saying hatefull things right after you attempted to defend bullying.. xD.. Why are you such a hypocrite Snowflake?
@errorgoodnameunfound ps: It was a play on words Snowflake.. I know you can't man up because as you have stated yourself you are queer..
HAHAHAH dude. You have no idea about what it means to be queer do you? Here this will explain everything. Have a REAL laugh. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6xxiK6Z4eXs skip to 2:15. He explains it right.
@errorgoodnameunfound I don't see what this has to do with not practicing what you preach Snowflake.
Your identity isn't the thing being questioned here Snowflake, your integrity is.
If you have to go outta your way to call somebody a snowflake, then you have the issues dude.
@errorgoodnameunfound the term I prefer to use is a "weakling" but Snowflake will do in your case since you love this word so much. <3
https://pbs.twimg.com/media/Cpb9trBWYAAYvBv.jpg</a>
You melted in a split second Snowflake with that full rant on all of my questions and takes.
And these will be my final words to you Snowflake.
i.pinimg.com/.../...asshole-quotes-sassy-pants.jpg
And whoever gave thumbs down to my snowflake alert I have a few words for you. Announcing, “I’m offended,” is basically telling the world that you can’t control your own emotions, so everyone else should do it for you. You choose whether or not to be offended by what someone says or does. It is totally up to you. Nobody can offend you if you don't let them. Nobody has any power over your mind or emotions – only you. You are in the driver's seat; you are in control.
Maybe it is time to quit looking for chances to be offended and start seizing the power that you have over your own thoughts and emotions. Quit giving that control to other people, most of whom are complete strangers that you will probably never meet again. These people should absolutely not be able to offend you.
They're the CEOs and corporate heads who demand respect and utilize their position effectively.
This simplistic thinking is for children.
respect? I don't respect bullies. Truly secure people don't have to step on other people to make themselves look bigger.
Steve Jobs is revered.
And was a horrible taskmaster and remarkably cruel at times.
Yes, but he wasn't respected because he was a bully, but because of his achievements. He could have been even more respected if he has his positive traits, but did not bully others.
That's my point. Many high achievers are bullies or demanding or downright abusive. It's well known and no one likes to talk about it.
Google is this way. Amazon is this way.
That doesn't excuse their behavior. It is possible to be a high achiever without bullying others
Which isn't what I said. I said these people and companies demand respect. And they do. And that's most high achievers and leaders. It is juvenile to ignore what really happens to "bullies" in real life, they're often aggressive enough to get the results and actually succeed.
its hard to believe grown people are still bullies
Some people just never grow up
Haven't grown up. Still troubled.
