Why are most adults bullies?

i’m not a fan of adults bashing teenagers for no reason, which is seen a lot. i get some adults want the best for teens, but there’s genuinely out there criticizing these kids. it gets to a point where it’s just sad and unnecessary.

Eh most aren't bullies as far as I know. Some are. Some teens are dickheads too... for the lack of a better term.

A lot of people are extremely insecure these days and has been taught by the consumer culture to treat other human beings like shit and abuse them especially if they are in the service industry or other people they perceive to be lower status than like teenagers
