Why do bullies enjoy being cruel?

bullying is a natural phenomenon and it's survival of the fittest

whatever advantage someone can use in life, they will use it to their advantage e. g. big boys using their superior strength over little boys. girls pulling the gender card to avoid accountability, non-whites pulling the race card etc.

more often than not, there's no sympathy for the victim of bullying. the support for underdogs only exist in movies and fairy tales, not in real life. victims of bullying are often despised for good reason and sometimes for things outside of their control e. g. height, skin color, facial appearance, sexuality etc.

so do bullies enjoy being cruel? yes some do and have no remorse for their bullying and some don't and feel guilty yet compelled to do so to maintain their popularity hence why bullies statistically have more romantic success than their victims

Because they love having the power to make someone feel a certain way.

Yes - I was almost killed by bullies too. God rescued me but I had to suffer extreme trials before God effected a rescue on my behalf and to this day, my reputation is tarnished cause the guy who tried to kill me spread lies about me to over 500 people.

because they are deflecting their own insecurities onto others and makes them feel superior- to bring down another to their internal level

Because they enjoy imposing their will on others, and fortunately, there are still women who enjoy watching a strong, masculine man bully a weaker, more submissive guy.

I'm very grateful and thankful to the various bullies who have publicly abused and shamed me over the years, and I wish them well today.

People say that it is because they are bullied by their parents of that they have low self esteem or that they feel inadequate. I don't know and I don't really care. I always smile a little when a bully gets his comeuppance..
