Do you believe people just say bullies are jealous just to make the person being bullied feel better?

I think bullies are either cruel, or jealous. But jealousy is definitely a reason why some people bully others (in my opinion). Especially female bullies.

Yes probably. Bullying is a learned behaviour. Kids who were bullied by their parents become bullies.

I think so. My cousin was always at the top of his class. He was bullied due to it, sometimes. He got help from teachers, though.
