you should let it bother you if:
1. he makes fun of you for not having slept with also a huge number or making you feel insecure that you don't have that much experience.
2. he makes you feel insecure because he says that some of the girls he has slept with are more "special" to him since they had first time experience and they were fun and more memorable (you know, saying that he will always think of them as his first as this and that, and you are second and he treats you as seconds).
3. you should be bothered if he always talks about them as if they were the best thing to happen to him not you
4. if you sense that he wants to brag to you that he did so much with them already, you will have to worship him since he is so experienced with sex and relationships
5. he treats you like them and expects you to be like them
6. you get treated like some whore, just like the whores he has slept with
7. he makes you do extra for them,and your realize you are not being treated as good as his other firsts but you are being treated as someone who is dirt
8. you realize that you are with a jerk
9. you realize why the other girls broke up with him in the first place is because he has some kind of weird hobby, like 99% of his free time is just wanting to have sex with you and nothing else
10. you realize he is not for you in some way

it depends but I guess he hadn't sex with all those 11 girls. if he just dated them and they just kissed its really not a big deal. I mean it's normal that you are a little bit jealous but think about that in the end he is with you and not with those 11 girls he dated before you came around!
I know you are wanting another girl to respond, but if he's your age or close to it, its normal for a guy to have dated that many girls. You have to look at the fact that a lot of guys will count every girl that they officially dated for at least a week.
I personally am on the 13th girl that I have EVER dated, but this is only the 4th SERIOUS relationship for me. So just look at how many girls that he has seriously dated. If its 11, then you probably have reason to be a little upset.
