Why are white people called as Caucasian although true Caucasians are genetically related to Mesopotamian people?

@mdn12345 not sure. Scandanavians were active in Greece during the Byzantine empire and with Kiev rus empire both through trade, raids, wars and as mercenaries. Also they came into contact with Turkish people's during the Viking age via Viking kingdoms in Russia through trade, wars and through raiding. Turks conquered a lot of Greek lands and cities in mainland Greece and Asia minor.
Turks originate in the Eurasian steppes around Mongolia so it's hard to say without genetic testing.
Caucasian is an overall racial grouping that can be broke down into sub groups and ethnicities for instance the difference between some spainish people and Scottish people that have a link through a shared Celtic history.

Anatolians Turks' genetics is somewhere between Balkan people, Persian people and Eurasian steppe people because as they were migrating through Anatolia, they mixed with Persians and Greeks.

@mdn12345 not Latina I meant Latins. Generally speaking when new people's conquered other nations they took the women as wives and concubines as part of the spoils of war. So everytime they did this they diluted themselves and took on more of and more of the racial chariteristics of those they conquered.

You need to understand that there is no actual fact underneath the idea of races. It is just an agreement between people which means it does not have to be internally consistent. If people say that a group of people are Caucasians then they are, simple as that.

Reality check. Caucasians invaded Mesopotamia after the ice age. Whites are Caucasians. Both are descendants from Indo-European tribes.
