since American Indians from all over the Americas are essentially Siberian/North Asian descendants who crossed the Bering Strait to the Americas thousands of years ago? It's no coincidence that Native Americans bear a resemblance to East Asians/Orientals.

Do you think American Indians/Native Americans/First Nations should be grouped into the same race as East Asians on the US or Canada census?
They're also related to Mexicans, Central Americans, South Americans. Should they put Hispanics in with them? Those up in the North: Alaska, Canada look more Asian. The farther south, the less Asian they look, generally. But, when we get down to it, we are all related. We all come from the same family.
Nah its been 10 to 15,000 years so its a pretty significant split. If we go back another 15 to 20 its the Mal'ta people and they split off to become the gravettians, first nations, northern japanese, etc which are pretty clearly distinct groups.
