I think some kind of compromise should be worked out on this. This has been debated for eons, and it hasn't gone anywhere. There is such a thing as a surrogate mom, that just gets paid to have kids. (Like if the wife can't have kids) Maybe the fetus could be transferred over to her.
But the original mother should lose all rights to custody at that point.
And before someone says this isn't possible, neither was cloning sheep, but "Dolly" was cloned in a laboratory.

Currently women actually get to choose whether or not they want to be responsible for a child, while men's only option is to go along with whatever the woman decides.
I think that if women have an option to avoid having to be responsible for a child (abortion) then men should have the option to sign away their rights to the child and not have to pay child support.

I doubt this will ever happen tho.

I don't know I never thought about that. I think it'd be kinda shitty for him to leave the kid in a bad situation like that because the poor kid didn't ask for any of that, but yeah I guess I don't really think he should have to pay it in a case like that.

Your inconsiderate. If you knew the detail and actually watched a video of the process you would probably change your mind. You can have an abortion until the fetus is technically formed already (meaning even though the organs are microscopic the baby is growing and has those things). It’s literally someone going inside your woman crushing the fetus part by part to get it out... I never had one. And every woman who I knew had one always let’s me know how traumatic it was. And it’s something that they remember for ever. You have to remember woman are naturally caring and emotional. It’s not like a car
